The TCLEE Maule Chile earthquake team conducted a post-earthquake investigation of the lifelines performance in the impacted region from 10-17 April. This report provides a summary of electric power, telecommunication, water and wastewater, gas and liquid fuel, ports, airports, roads and bridges, railroads, lifeline interdependence and resilience.
